ESLAN was founded by Patrick Hayeck, an education, communication and learning specialist with more than 17 years of experience across teaching, academic leadership, curriculum development, professional communication and digital learning.
Patrick’s background spans education leadership, instructional design, executive communication and learning technology, supported by master’s degrees in TESOL and Communication & Cultural Studies and extensive experience developing learning programs, curricula and digital learning experiences.
ESLAN brings this multidisciplinary perspective to each engagement — and, where a project requires additional expertise, draws together the right capability around the client and the problem.
